I was applying for an immigration visa from Thailand. I was a bit concerned because Robert was based in America and we had to deal with a lot of documentations during the application process. Robert was understanding and assured us that these could be done. He was professional and details oriented. He and his team patiently guided us through each stage of the application process and followed up with immigration agencies involved when the petition was delayed. His team was always helpful to answering any questions we had throughout this long process. The preparation before the interview was done with care and thoughtfulness.
