Amazing attorney! Does everything he can for your needs

I had high hopes for Mr. Turner to handle my husbands case and after being paid a substantial amount of money, nothing has been done. He is impossible to get in touch with, doesn't return phone calls, never in the office (I understand Court but he isn't in court 8am-5pm all week), and doesn't visit the county jail but office staff claims he will accept a collect call. Doubt it and if he does he will state that he doesn't have my husbands file in front of him. My husband had a warrant for several weeks before being arrested so there was plenty of time to return calls and actually be helpful but he didn't. He has already been paid but I'm currently looking for a different attorney that will actually respond and be helpful after he is hired not just during the initial consultation.

Ben goes all out, no halfway job for this guy, all or nothing

He hasn't helped us, seems like he made it worst, as of this point, I'm not happy with him

I wish someone had told us the truth about this man- he seemed nice and he tries- his lure was he was family with Dale Hanna ( I don't think Dale Hanna even liked him)- Johnson co was offering 25-99 to my husband- he hadn't been in trouble in 8+yrs but did have a past - During the 3 court dates a couple of times Mr Turner had the wrong folder in his hand talking to us like we was someone else! Well he got us the Johnson co brown bag special - 15 yrs for theft - and 10yrs probation on a charge that sat at the district atty. office over a yr thinking they dropped it BUT they noticed it when they came down of the 25 yrs the day he was sentenced (WHY DID OUR LAWYER MR. TURNER LET US DO THAT!)and threw it in with the money maker SAFP. It's been awhile since this happen but I regret using him. I do believe a more competent atty could of done better

Best Lawyer in Johnson Co. Honest, ethical, Refer, , best in county

Ok to start let me make this clear, this is not my real name. This is not due to me being scared of robert. Its becuase there is more interactions I will have in the Johnson county courts and dont need anymore tempering with my sitiation. I am not going to provide any details either becuase of the obvious. I will say to anyone you can take whati say serious or simply not believe me, thats your choice. To robert you know who you really are and Im not going to bother to attempt to convence you with endless arguements so you can try to discredit and apear better. After all you are an attorney and get paid to argue and Its obvious from reading other reviews you put on your "A" game on to defend your self which is 100 times more effort you put towards any client whos outcome greatly impact the lives of families and children. I am not only talking about bad people being charged with a crime; but people who just want to be apart of thier childrens lives. Actually, I wonder how much time you take from your day reading. responding and pulling case info to respond to these reviews; that you could be using to help your clients and the time they have paid for. To the readers, to be honest robert will do the minimums and go with the flow of the other attorneys, DA, and Judge. I dont believe he is out to screw anyone per se but he is lazy and just wants to make money like alot of other people. Does this make him a bad person? No. But it makes him a terrible attorney and with the negative influences you have had in peoples lives robert luttrell; I am supprised your still around. Elaborate that as you wish.

I hired Robert Luttrell to represent my husband in a criminal case. I know Johnson county very well and I am using a name him and his office will not recognize due to the repercussions that may take place in retaliation of my review. Do not hire him unless you just like to throw money away. He will find out what the DA is offering and will do everything he can to convince his client to accept the offer immediately. If his client is currently incarcerated he will use this to benefit the DA. When someone who is a father, husband, hard worker, etc. is in jail due to making a mistake of being honest and truthful to a Johnson county employee, they will sign and accept almost anything in order to be released and go home to his family. DO NOT DO IT. What other attorneys can do for $1500.00 less, Luttrell doesn't even try to accomplish. Cases that can easily be dismissed are not due to the deals that he makes with the DA. In return people sign papers and accept offers in fear of Luttrell's threats and the DA's repercussions. Not only did I pay a couple thousand to him he also convinced my husband it was best to accept an offer that has now caused extreme amounts of additional money (over $8000.00) to be paid and due to that and never receiving any copies of paperwork that was signed in court we have now had to hire a different attorney to try to fix what Luttrell screwed up. Don't even attempt to go to his office for a copy of that paperwork his office staff will come up with any and every excuse she can in order to not produce the requested paperwork. Do yourself and your family a favor and find a different attorney! Attorneys outside of Johnson county are hesitant to take on a JC case due to not being part of the "DA buddy system" but there are attorneys who will and there are some JC attorneys that will actually FIGHT for their clients. Do your research!
