Robert represented me in a contested child custody case. I find him to be upfront and honest. Things have gone the way he said they would. As a father i was unsure ,but the dude kept his word. He is one who will tell you like it is. If you want an affordable attorney that wont rake you over the coals ,he is the man. Also, he makes himself readily available for communication ,without ducking or dodging clients. If you have a question ,he is more than ready and willing to give you his time and give you counsel.

Mr. Luttrell was truly a God sent! He represented my brother in an ugly divorce/criminal case. He's very aggressive and knowledgeable of the law. He truly fought for his freedom and rights to see his children, unlike previous council. Exactly as advertised. Dedicated, every step of the way. Aggressive, Lets say Im thankful he was in my corner. We had an unusual custody issue on our hands and used a couple attorneys prior to Mr. Luttrell. Im appreciative the 3rd time was a charm for us in this particular instance. I have used Robert Luttrell to help me navigate thru a nasty divorce and child custody! It looked like I was going to lose because Johnson County does care about days.
His staff including the receptionist and the paralegal that was assigned to my case worked really hard to answer any questions and got back to me most times within less than an hour.
