Horrible.

Dick Turner won my custody case for me in only one hearing. I highly recommend him!!

Wasted my time. took my money. sat on his ass .didn't answer my phone calls .secretary lied about him being busy in court when in reality he had surgery. case never moved forward i lost my house ,my inheritance and so much more because i trusted them an thought they were helping me. When he finally sat down with me it was cause he wanted more money. 2nd time we sat down he was going over with me a motion he was asking me if i wanted to file .after waiting all those mons i came to realise he didn't even know jack about my case misunderstood the paperwork . When i realised what a joke he was. i took my divorce case else where. He refused to pay back the money but never used it to file a thing!!!! . Never sent a reciept!!! they're crooked as could be and because they lied!! and didn't move my case forward or even bother to look at evidence there wasn't much my next lawyer could do had my original lawyer filed something within the first 2 wks i could have been back in my house and with my kids. These ppl are a joke and now that i have the time i am reporting him to the bar for 1. Taken my money and not doing anything to help me. 2. Not knowledgeable in his own line of work. And refused to ever look at anything that would have help my divorce case / prove everything my ex said was false 1st thing my new lawyers did look at evidence, give me a cell number to text them back b forth actually stayed in contact and file motion same day. 😑 dick turner needs to get out of the business.

Sat on my case my took money knew nothing about my case didnt seem to care about evidence didnt ask to see it took .the motion he wanted to file wouldnt help me he misunderstood my case wouldn't return my money and couldn't come up with a invoice all attorney offices have a break down of cost of each thing . Since he was fired i should have had the 1,800 returned . Here's how awful he is new attorney looked at my eveidence and filed a motion upon meeting me and gave me personal # to reach him . turner should be out of a job. Every one here needs to report him and his rude office personal who lied to the bbb and the Texas state bar.

i hired dick turner for divorce. he was only interested in getting my money. hung me out to dry.

Terrible service. The front office lady called me a f*****g c**t. Knew nothing about their clients case. And didn't care to even try and fight for him. Overall worst service I've ever dealt with at a law office.

I only spoke with the attorney Dick Turner 1 time when I first hired them for a divorce case. After I paid a substantial retainer at the time of hiring I was always dealing with a legal secretary that was basically acting like she was an attorney. Dick Turner would never return calls, and this legal secretary acted like it was a nuisance to even speak on the phone for basic info. If they're paid by the hour, I would estimate I paid them $2000 per hour for the time they actually spent on my case. One of my favorites was when I asked the legal secretary a question that was very important for my case and would've required an additional court filling. When I asked her if she thought this was a good idea to file? Her response was, "You tell me." Really?? Hint... I'm not a lawyer. I thought I hired an attorney? But, I got a legal aid playing an attorney. Then the best was when I was finally done with Turner and the case. I asked the secretary for an invoice. She had a total blank look, then asked, "What kind of invoice?" At that point I could only laugh and walk out. This law firm is pathetic. They are really on it when it comes to taking your money. However, if you actually need a real attorney? Look elsewhere.

Paid him a huge retainer for what was supposed to be a lengthy custody battle. My ex willingly conceded custody before it really began. He refused to return my money.

Mr. Turner did nothing for my case but take my money!! most defiantly would not recommend to anyone!!
