I was involved in a vehicle crash with a drunk driver last year. David Hart was recommended to me by a co-worker. I have been very pleased with the Hart Law firm throughout this process. David walked me through the process in the beginning, and has been good at keeping me informed. His staff is always friendly and helpful and returns calls promptly.

David is an outstanding att. He is very honest and trustworthy, always reminding me to "take the high road". He doesn't have to be scandolous or devious....he simply puts forth the facts and stands up for what is right. David does this with a combination of great knowledge of the law, genuine concern for his client, and a profound amount of respect for ALL involved. I am proud to have had David represent me.

David is an excellent attorney that will fight you to the end. At this time I have won a jury judgement and the insurance for the Dr. is trying to appeal. David is really excellent in the trial setting and develops a good rapport with jury. He presents the case in a manner that the jury can understand. In my case he was excellent. I would recommend David Hart to anyone who has a legitimate case. Right now the award in my case is in excess of $250,000.00. I goes up about $1000.00 per month. I just can't think of anything that could be more satisfying than having David represent me in front of jury and presenting my case.

I found Mr. Hart’s assistance to curtail to the success of my case. At various stages in my case I was very hesitant; should we make an offer, why are we waiting, should we hold out, should we accept, etc. Mr. Hart patently explained all of my alternatives and offered the counsel and direction that led to winning my case. I have recommended Mr. Hart to friends and family and will continue to do so in the future. Not to mention if I need a lawyer again it will be Mr. Hart or some he recommends.
