I love Setzer law firm! Jill is such an amazing empathetic atty. She does everything in a prompt suffient manner. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family.

"This was the 1st time in my life that I had to ever hire a lawyer. I am a Disabled Combat Veteren and It hurts to be treated this way. I thought that Jill was very knowledgeable in what she was saying, however she went behind my back trying to set up a proposal with my wifes lawyer. When I did not agree with Jill, which is my God given right she then withdrew from the case knowingly I have court Tuesday. She sent an Email on june 22nd stating that she refunded my money and sent and invoice which money was not refunded. Then I waited an additional 2 days I sent another email and her husband John Responds back stating they had a "software" issue. And the money would be refunded once again". Here it is Monday and no money and no lawyer. I am extremely disgusted How I have been treated. You simply do not treat people this way.

Jill helped me through a very difficult time. She was straightforward and told me what I needed to hear not what I wanted to hear and I truly appreciated this approach. Jill was responsive and took care of my divorce and proceedings in a quick and effective manner.

Jill went above and beyond in making sure everything throughout my divorce process was handled professionally and correctly. She even went so far as to push opposing council to complete their paperwork when they were being slow and delaying the process. Thank you!

Jill helped me in a difficult time and guided me through the process. She was always very responsive and respectful of my decisions and choices and was sure to give me feedback and options for what I wanted. Jill always acted in a very professional manner.

Jill put me in a very bad situation in my divorce with my abusive husband. She did not explain things well and set me up for failure. I am now trying to find a place to live while I struggle to make enough money to support myself after being a stay at home mom for 11 years. My children went right back with my husband after we had been in a woman's shelter. She allowed my husbands attorney to humiliate me when we were trying to reach an agreement and didn't explain to me that I had a choice in negotiations. She was ill prepared for court and did not fight for me. She changed her story frequently and was not concise. I stand to lose everthing at this point and fired Jill two weeks ago. After living with an abusive man for 12 years, this seems so unfair that I would be the one out on the streets. She is NOT professional and after meeting with several other attoneys after her I see that she isn't thorough and doesn't know when she's out of her league.

I am bleseed to have had Jill Setzer represent me in my Family Law case. I am always keptr informed and have had a great experience so far with her firm. Her professionalism both in the court room and in her office helped to get me though this difficult process. While we are not completely done with the entire process, I have confidence in her expertise and am very optomistic about the final result. I will recommend her to all of my family and friends should the need arise in the future for any of them to retain counsel in a Family Law dispute.
