Mr Duckworth was my representing attorney in a pending charge and from our first meeting he did his best to set my mind at ease. It was my first (and god willing only) time in a criminal court and needless to say I was uncomfortable. He displayed total compassion and understanding of the facts. He explained to me the law and told me exactly what path that needed to be taken to get the results he and I both wanted. He and his staff went the extra mile to take the evidence I provided and dictated my side of the story . They reached out to me to ask for details if needed and answered my questions when I had them. Always showing me respect and genuinely taking an interest in seeing that they were meeting my needs . Mr Duckworth presented my case and the charges were dismissed . I honestly believe that it was he and his staff's efforts that left no doubt that I was innocent . Mr Duckworth has integrity , something that is severely lacking in people these days. If you ever find yourself in need of a law firm this group is who you need. Tony and Dylan were very professional and on top of that they were personable which is something you do not get with most. Sometimes it may be difficult to reach them directly but their assistants do pass along any messages you need to the lawyers. They are pu lic defenders so their pay is guaranteed by the state. They don't like talking to clients family members.
