When you think about a lawyer, you picture the sleezy stereotype from TV. But that wasn't even close to my experience with Chris or his partner. They were warm, honest, caring, and concerned with OUR case and treated us with respect. I'm thankful to have been blessed in having Chris walk us through such a horrible time in our lives. He gave me some good information to get started with out charging me a consultation fee

By no means should you hire Bert as your family attorney, unless you want to do all the work yourself, gather evidence, photos and have him ignore it all submitting nothing to the court. Or have his paralegal tell you that the opposing party "has an upper hand because they are pro se". Or if you like being ignored by email and phone calls, having to call back up to 3 or 4 times for an update only to be told you're getting a call back (again) and you still have to call back yourself to continue getting response. And of course, if you like to throw money away by having your case sit in the back burner, have the judge tell your attorney that he should "do more research" on documents he is filing and finally lose the case, this is your attorney to hire.

The Steinman Law Firm does outstanding work. I have known and worked with Bert for more than 20 years.
