Gina and her staff, especially Lisa Buckaloo her paralegal, did a wonderful job of resolving a probate issue with my bank. I was getting nowhere with resolving the issue with my bank until I requested Gina and her staff to intercede on my behalf. The issue was resolved to my benefit in one day.
