I’ve worked with Adam Dietrich in different cases and it’s always been an excellent experience. He is reliable, trustworthy, insightful, and has best interest in mind.

This attorney screwed me in a child custody case. He didn't subpoena witnesses I requested for my case. He interviewed the ones who showed up willingly on Saturday, when our case was on Monday. He didn't inform me a parenting class was required and was scolded by the judge in pretrial. He came in totally unprepared and didn't include incriminating line of questions I had discussed with him when I hired him. He lacked the basic knowledge that transcripts could be requested of a child speaking to the judge in quarters. I had to research independently to request right of first refusal. I had next to no communication with him from the time I hired him to 4 days before we went to trial. What he claimed would be a slam dunk case cause me to LOSE visitation.

Adam Deitrich was my lawyer for a custody modification case. He did everything I wanted a lawyer to do in my case. He helped change my perception of lawyers. He took the time to hear my issues and worked to do what was needed to validate my concerns in my case. He really worked for the best interest of my children and strongly advocated for me. He was honest about what to expect and how to work through my case as events unfolded and even changed. He has the “teeth” to be a strong lawyer but only pulls them out if and when needed. He knows how to develop a strategy for the case. He is well respected amongst his community and has a good rapport with judges. He knows his community and knows how judges, lawyers, and others involved in my case work and respond. He has a great team of professionals on his team who have earned my respect. They all listened and were attentive to my concerns.

I hired Adam from out of state to represent me on a child custody case. Our case was somewhat complicated as it involved 2 states. Adam and his associates were wonderful to work with, skillful, knowledgeable and caring. I sincerely felt that my best interests were served. Hiring Adam was the best decision I could have made as I feel a less experienced attorney could have really fouled up the case. We hired Adam when our now adopted son was first placed with us by CPS. We expected CPS would try to reunite him with his birth mother and we would need to intervene in the case and go to trial. I am an attorney as well but specialize in criminal law. I knew I needed an attorney that not only was an expert in family law but also had excellent working relationships with the other attorneys involved and the court. Adam was just that and more. Attorneys make terrible clients but he was able to keep me calm throughout the whole process. Adam knew when to push hard and when to show restraint. He succeeded in terminating parental rights and then moved our son's adoption along quicker than expected. He was with us from the day we met our son as a newborn until his adoption was finalized at 16 months old. I couldn't have asked for a more professional or caring attorney, and I'm so grateful that he's a part of our son's adoption story.

We where referred to Adam in regards to a Custody case. I was very impressed with him after our first meeting and we retained him. He is a straight shooter, extremely ethical and has a well organized staff. Once we sent him the paperwork he required he scheduled an emergency hearing and we got custody immediately. We then went through mediation and resolved all but one issue that went before the Judge presiding over the case who ruled in our favour. We then got permanent custody several month later. This was a situation where a child was in danger and in a very bad situation. Adam wasted no time in taking the steps under the law to rectify the situation. Now the child is with us and blossoming. Has a routine, going to school and leading a normal life of a 2.5 year old. Adam's knowledge of the law is impressive and what impressed me even more was his preparation for each Court appearance and mediation. He had all the bases covered. His staff where always available for any questions and Adam regardless how busy he was always returned phone calls. I highly recommend Adam, he is a credit to his profession. Perhaps the most important quality is he cares. I found that to be of great comfort. He is a super individual and if you need legal help in his area of expertise one should retain him as soon as he agrees to take your case. I want to thank him for saving a child from a really bad situation and the way he got us through the process. I deal with corporate legal issues around the World. I received a referral from the District Attorney's office to consult with Adam regarding a very sensitive situation that required quick thinking and calculated strategy. That consultation turned into 2 years of representation. He consistently showed his tenure in the industry, and extensive knowledge base. During the course of his representation we felt secure as he navigated us through the judicial system; he ensured a positive result, and delivered that while maintaining the upmost professionalism, sincerity, and showing us that he is a genuine person with a good heart that cares about (and will go to bat for) his clients. I have known Adam for almost seven years, and I have had the opportunity to work with Adam in several capacities, professionally and personally. Adam has been responsive and helpful in these areas as well. I will be using Adam again to obtain a power of attorney in the near future.
