Called the number and Brian answered right away. Gave some very helpful pointers even though he wouldn’t be able to help in my case. Extremely nice person to talk to, very genuine. Would hire Brian in a jiffy if I needed his services.

When I just needed advice on something that I was thinking would be life shattering end game charges Mr Foley took the time out of a number of calls to speak with me and answer my questions he had a lot of knowledge and seems capable of handling such a severe case as I thought I had. My own lawyer of 15 years now wouldn't even take the time to call and one up with a game plan.....Thanks Mr Foley for putting my mind at ease

Mr. Foley and his assistant were extremely helpful. I had a dwi and was placed on probation which it was hard for me to get done with due to medical issues. I hired Mr. Foley when I wasn’t able to pay all my fees & got a “motion to revoke” was in jail for 5 hrs in crutches. As soon as I hired him he took control over the situation, to find out he got my case dropped . Thank you Mr. Foley & Juanita. Ya were amazing!

What a team!
And Brian was a magician. Seamlessly handled two offenses in the same day, one wasn’t even scheduled for that day! His superpower is that everybody in the court system likes him, he makes friends out of everybody.
Without hesitation i highly recommend his services. I only wish i could find a dozen more guys like him… An A/C tech, a doctor, a dentist, a carpenter, a brother…etc.
