Got stereotyped by Montgomery Sheriff department over an expired temporary tag on my car that ended in a DWI. That tragic incident made me meet an amazing person, an amazing lawyer, Brian Foley.
Him and his team always answered the phone and emails.
They always kept me informed of everything happening in my case, every steps.
Always reminding me my court dates at least 24h before.
My attorney was always there with me in each court.
And to finish, obtain a DISMISSAL.

I keep Brian’s contact in my phone for the just in case and share it with family so that they have a lifeline if they ever need it. The phone gets answered day or night and having that assurance can be life saving if it’s ever needed. I’ve never had to use his services and I hope I never do, but he would definitely be my first call! His all 5 star reviews speak to his capability and dedication to service. I was very stressed regarding a situation with my granddaughter. After reading reviews, I called and spoke to Brian Foley. Best decision in a long time! He’s knowledgeable, polite and patient.
