When you open the dictionary and look up the meaning of the words efficiency, professional
, HONEST, and deliberate the definitions are Doug, Taylor, Sophie, Silvia, and Rachel. These people not only kept fighting when even I myself gave up, but they made sure that my situation was taken care of. Doug primarily never gave up on my case and his bulldog mindset is what brought the fire back in me and when I was told the outcome I can only be grateful.
