Without any hesitation or reservation I can say with confidence that Doug is far and away the best and most effective attorney I have ever hired. I’d go as far to say that it was a pleasure to work with him even given my circumstances. I got arrested for a DUI and sought out every attorney I could, none of which were as quickly responsive and unbelievably tactical as far as how they would handle my case. Doug has a knowledge of this system like I’ve never seen. And he is also, incredibly realistic with his clients. If you’ve sought counsel before, you’ve probably heard your attorney make a lot of vague statements to make you feel good, a lot of pontificating, rarely able to get them on the phone unless you owe them money, and had a result you didn’t hope for. That is not how this man and his firm work. I cannot stress this enough, if you need an attorney THIS IS WHO YOU NEED TO HIRE!

From the moment I scheduled an appointment, his office staff was friendly and courteous. I met with Doug, he listened and immediately put me at ease and explained the process to me. I was in constant communication with his paralegal, Silvia Flores, who was attentive and prompt with her responses. She kept me in the loop and was never frustrated with me, despite my inquiries. Got arrested for boating while intoxicated on lake Conroe. Hired Doug who not only got it dismissed but got all records of the arrest expunged meaning gone. Doug and his staff were a pleasure to work with. Got in trouble a few years ago and hired another attorney in the Conroe area, Doug's fee's were much more reasonable and the outcome with Doug was the best. Would recommend him to anybody needing an attorney in the Montgomery county area.

All they want is money! When I said at this time could not afford $150 for just a colsultation, I got hung up on!
