While Bert was helpful during my initial divorce process, I am here to warn you that he/his office will leave you high and dry with no communication once everything is finalized. So if you are looking for an attorney to help you navigate the waters of post divorce—find someone else. I’ve had questions and needed advice regarding the post divorce stage that I’ve desperately reached out to the office and Bert in order to get answers multiple times with absolutely no communication back. I’ve emailed, called, left voicemails and even spoke to someone at the office that assured me I would received a call back and nothing. For years after my divorce was finalized. Please beware that they do not care about their clients once you’ve paid them in full and finalized your paperwork.

Really wish I didn't have to do this but I feel scammed. Mr Steinman took our case for the only man my daughter has ever known to finally adopt her. But because we weren't married (despite 7 years being active in her daily life) the judge sided against it. This gave her biological father rights he didn't have prior. Now I'm fighting a man in court that never wanted to be in her life on anyone's terms but his own. Meanwhile Mr. Steinman has the nerve to ask for more money. His guidance and knowledge of the system was poor and unethical. He will take your money sure but leave you dry with nothing to show for it. He's negligent and should retire.

Bert reached out to me very quickly, he helped walk me through the options my brother had. Even if my brother doesn't use him, he still gave me free advice and is going to go visit my brother within 24-48 hours. If I were to need a lawyer in the future, Bert will be my number 1 choice.

Today he was very nice and informative. He gave me some great information in regard on how to move forward with my legal situation. I truly thank you taking the time out of your day to help my fiancé in this legal endeavor! Thank you again!
