John haufley was appointed to me when I recently was charged with pocs ms. With his knowledge of the law I was able to get my case dismissed! I could not be more blessed to have had him by my side. He has true integrity and cares for the well being of his clients. If I ever need a lawyer in the future he will definenantly be the one I call. Highly recommended!!

Mr. Hafley was appointed to represent my son, Brian. When I spoke with him, his knowledge of the law was astounding. His knowledge of who my son was caught me off guard. He was integrated into the case, He and the case were one. He had done his homework so to speak and was ready and willing to represent his client in a settlement or in court. I had the privilege of having John Hafley handle a Felony Evading case I was previously charged with. He exercised his knowledge of the law along with his professionalism to ensure that my civil rights were not violated and that the law was upheld. The arresting officer was rogue and unlawful with his detainment of my person. As a result of his actions ,the charge was dismissed during an Examining Trial due to Mr. Hafley hearing my side and presenting the facts that the officer would not. John Hafley's efforts, in my opinion, are second to none.
