I don't even know how to explain how good this Attorney is, trust me if you want phenomenal results, positive actions towards your case I'm saying this guy has insane knowledge about law, he can walk you through everything once you hire him so do not hesitate to hire him i had a misdemeanor case for assault and i was depressed about it. Awesome Attorney that will not fold at the first push of opposition. He's very personable and affordable. I was charged with a felony for possession of controlled substance, but walked away with a misdemeanor and a fine in 4 months. Don't spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

Mr. Neufeld is an outstanding attorney. I was arrested by the Montgomery County Sheriffs and charged with DWI 4th and they were trying to send me to prison for 2 - 20 years. He fought very hard against the prosecution and got the charges reduced to a misdemeanor 30 days county with no fine. He is very prompt with answering any questions and treated me very respectfully. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a competent attorney to take on a difficult case.

I would recommend Leslie over and over again, I had one of those difficult cases where my ex husband had taken my daughter, filed a restraining order (based on total lies) and kept my daughter from me for over a month. I hired Leslie to represent me, and she went above and beyond what i could have asked for to make sure that all evidence she needed to prove that this was all false was filed in a timely manner. She worked day in and day out to help me get my daughter back, and even put in those friendly calls to check on me knowing that i was falling apart during this time. She explained everything to me step to step, and never made me feel like i was alone in this terrible situation. It was a long hard 3-year battle, Leslie. But we finally won the second time around! through absolutely no fault of yours and less than common sense on the part of a certain Judge. thank you for saving my kids from a severely messed up situation. To anybody reading this, you couldn't ask for a better attorney to be in your corner! and while I don't wish anybody the hell of a custody battle, let alone doing it twice, I thank God for Leslie Garcia.

Leslie has been an amazing lawyer to work with. I interviewed two other lawyers before choosing her. What stood out to me was her honesty and compassion. She was very straightforward in voicing what she thought were realistic expectations for the case. And since divorce and child custody cases are the only cases she sees, she's very knowledgable in what you can expect. I know everyone thinks their ex is difficult, but mine has been something else. She was always very sensitive to my needs and very patient in coaching me in how to respond to my ex, even if she had to tell me the same thing multiple times. She also gave me her cell number so I could quickly fact-check the things my ex would tell me or get advice when I needed it on the weekends. I do believe she was genuinely concerned about the best interests of my daughter. She was also sensitive about how much this case was costing me, and was able to balace the fees with how often she thought we needed to go back to court (not her fault, as previously stated my ex has been very difficult to work with). I think she has handled my divorce very well, and my ex's lawyer also commented on how patient she has been given the circumstances. That being said, just because she is patient and compassionate does NOT mean she's a pushover. She knows when to be compassionate and when to be firm. When my ex got too bold we did have to file a motion to modify our temporary orders, which was granted. She also had to force my ex's first lawyer off the case due to some unethical problems we had with him. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that thinks they are going to have a complicated divorce. When things get rough, she will stand her ground and fight for you. I would also like to add, in restrospect, I found that the way that things played out appeared to have been strategic. Leslie does not appear to make rash decisions or act out of emotions. Her decisions appear to be level-headed even when things got chaotic. She does appear to have a plan and know how things should work, even if I don't always understand what's going on. It wasn't until the divorce was finalized, when I looked at what we started with and what we ended with, that I could see that her decisions appeared to have been very purposeful. I am very happy that I went with Leslie. I'm certain we will be in court again for child custody in the future, and when that happens I will definitely be calling Leslie again. She is very much worth the cost of hiring her. I have already recommended her to a colleague of mine, and I do highly recommend her to anyone else that needs a divorce lawyer.
