Friendly, caring & informative The staff here were always friendly and were constantly checking in on my son & I & our healing. Every email or phone call never felt rushed or like I was taking up their time. They always answered my sometimes ridiculous questions. During any in-person meeting information was always very detailed & explained in a manner that myself & my teen understood. They really go above & beyond what many other injury attorney firms offer. The process was quick but it never felt rushed & I was always included on any decisions. The staff has actual concern for your well-being & a genuine "fight for you" attitude throughout it all.

My case took a long time to settle. Mr. Scott and his people couldn't be more understanding and fought for me. I would highly recommend Scott lawfirm. They were nice enough, but are extremely limited in the scope of cases that they will consider pursuing. I think they do themselves a disservice with this narrow outlook. A very good case can thereby be turned down due to their tunnel vision and pursuit of quick settlements. In other words, don't bother them unless you've been run over by an 18 wheeler, fallen in Walmart and broken a bone, or have been mauled by a pack of pitbulls.
