The staff here were always friendly and were constantly checking in on my son & I & our healing. Every email or phone call never felt rushed or like I was taking up their time. They always answered my sometimes ridiculous questions. During any in-person meeting information was always very detailed & explained in a manner that myself & my teen understood. They really go above & beyond what many other injury attorney firms offer. The process was quick but it never felt rushed & I was always included on any decisions. The staff has actual concern for your well-being & a genuine "fight for you" attitude throughout it all.

I recommend the Scott Law Firm to anyone that was involved in a car accident and wasn’t at fault. Initially I had no intention on hiring an attorney after being involved in a rear end auto accident. I figured since I was not at fault, the other driver insurance would take care of my damaged vehicle and medical treatment's due to their policy holder being at fault. However after multiple failed attempts to make contact with the other driver insurance. And not receiving any return calls after I left several voice messages. I reached out to the other driver insurance for nearly two weeks with no response. A coworker/friend recommended the Scott Law due to family history. I did not regret my decision contacting The Scott Law Firm. In less than 2 weeks, they got me set up with a rental car and having my car appraised through my insurance. My first in person meeting went great. I was greeted by nice staff, and did not feel like a number. Throughout the entire process, I was contacted by email, phone, and texts updating me on the status of my case. I referred to a great chiropractor also. I was even contacted when there were minor setbacks in the case. I was told that if I have any questions I could come in person, call, email, or text. And that remained throughout the entirety of the case. If I'm ever in a situation like this auto accident, I know the attorney I’m choosing again. Great Experience, no complaints.

I was a passenger in a car accident in which my close friend was at fault. My friend's insurance company was not willing to even pay my medical bills. Patrick and his team were excellent throughout this process. This was very stressful and emotional for reasons Patrick and his team know. They were highly reassuring to not only me but the other involved party. I would happily use their services again but I hope I never need to.
