Estate planning was very streamlined with Dossey & Jones especially for our Special Needs Trust

Moved to Texas 5 years ago, now at the age to attend matters. Since I am never easy, I needed an "special needs trust" set up for our son, living out of state. Still consider myself new here and was worried about finding someone I could trust. Checked on-line and called around. My first contact with Dossey & Jones put me at ease right away. The team there knew exactly what my concerns were. Phillip went above and beyond: not only did he make sure my wife and I understood what everything meant in the trust he did contact my lawyer in Kenosha to make sure the Trust would be acknowledged in Wisconsin. More was accomplished than I had originally thought. Their team was patient, accommodating, friendly, and expedient. All at a totally fair price!! Patti & Bruce saying Thanks!!

I had Paige Jones do all my estate documents. The process was much easier than I thought it would be, even with medical problems that caused some delays on my part. The staff was fantastic.

Phillip was available by phone or email and explained everything thoroughly. He was easy to talk to and we enjoyed working with him. I am writing this to express our appreciation of the staff in general at Dossey and Jones. From the first phone call we made to the end of our transactions everyone was pleasant, personable, but not stuffy. Mr. Martinez, Esteban as we have come to call each other by first names, was so easy to talk to about our needs. He was very knowledgeable and was able to translate complicated legal language into terms we could understand. Though our situation is not terribly complex he treated us with the same respect that I imagine he would with more high profile clients. That said I would highly recommend Dossey and Jones and Mr. Esteban Martinez.

My mother went to Mr. Dossey’s father back in 2016. Because of several severe medical problems, she needed to revise her will. She met with Jim Dossey who was thorough, kind and understanding. After the original draft, she decided to make several additional changes. Today my mother and I finalized all the legal instruments with his astute guidance. Doing business with Mr. Dossey was a complete pleasure and we recommend him to any of our friends and family.

Paige did an excellent job guiding us through key decision points in preparing our estate documents including our will. She was upfront with the cost at the beginning and we ended with a product that my wife and I are pleased to have.
