We were very pleased with his knowledge and understanding of our specific family issues and subsequently accurately documenting them into the various documents for execution.

I highly recommend Phillip Black if you are looking for help with intellectual property, patents or trademarks. I have used Phillip and his team for several trademark filings in the last two years and most recently for two design and utility patents. We also use Dossey & Jones for both businesses when we need LLC filings or advice. Phillip does a great job of making himself available. He has been transparent and good about cost. He is conscious of budgets and guides you accordingly. And to his credit, his knows when to throw you a freebie which is nice when you need a quick lifeline on advice. It was time to update our wills and related documents and we were seeking advice on the need for a trust. Within 1 day after my initial general request to Paige Jones for information we received estate plan packages service and price list and available meeting times. From then on, the data/information request to us, the meeting to review our data, the receipt of draft documents, the interactive review of our questions and comments on the drafts and the final review and signing was timely and efficient. My husband and I had the pleasure of reviewing and updating our existing Trust with Paige Jones. It is something you may want to put off doing, but she made the process easy and well worth the time. Other estate planning offices want to completely rewrite a new document, but she reviewed the existing document and we simply made amendments where necessary. Paige and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They are patient and explain things clearly. The whole transaction was definitely a good value.

My wife and I recently engaged Dossey & Jones for the purpose of forming a revocable living trust. We had an initial meeting with Paige Jones to get this project started. We then spent several weeks sending emails back and forth to fine tune the documents, followed up by another face to face meeting where we received answers to remaining questions along with some more good advice. After a few more emails back and forth, we finalized our decisions and options and met once more to sign all documents. We were provided with not only original documents, but a complete set of copies along with a flash drive containing the entire package in digital form.
