We are so thankfully Mr. Dossey, he took care of all our concerns. Once we had our second child we knew we needed to get some things in order. You never want to deal with the "what it's" but sometimes it's necessary. We came in for our first meeting talked about what would go to whom, who would take on the responsibility of our children, who would take care of us, etc. They got the paperwork ready, we came back in to finalize everything and we were done. The staff was amazing, Mr.Dossey was nice and welcoming as well. We are very pleased for the overall experience!

One of the best law firms and lawyers I have ever worked with. Mr. Dossey has a diverse background giving him the knowledge and tools to advise me in a time-sensitive manner that was comprehensive and achieved the desired goals. I also appreciated how he was able to help me position my estate and assets with a long-term perspective in ways I had not considered. That was appreciated. The entire staff was professional, very responsive, and completed everything in a manner that exceeded my expectations. I have established services with Mr. Dossey's office that will continue for years to come. I highly recommend him being a professional and business owner myself.

Phillip was especially charming, delivering guidance and answers with candor, intelligence and wit that turned a routine legal exercise into a rather enjoyable experience.

Estate planning can be a challenging process so it's important to find the right person. I chose to work with Paige because of her experience and her practice is focused almost entirely on estate planning. Paige was very easy to work with and completely addressed all my questions and concerns at every step. Communication with Dossey and Jones staff was always helpful, courteous and prompt. And I'm confident they will continue to support me if my plan changes or my estate if necessary.

As my kids have become young adults, I realized I not only had to update my Estate Planning but also to start to educate my kids on their planning as well. Therefore this was really important to me and as such I interviewed too many (8+) attorneys but the last one was Jim Dorsey. Not only am I happy I picked him but after going through the entire process I am more impressed with him and his BACKOFFICE STAFF which was also very supportive and responsive. I don't recommend many professionals but I don't hesitate to recommend Jim to my family and friends.

Jim is one of the best lawyers out there! We were new to the estate planning world and he helped us understand all of our options. Jim answered all of our questions clearly and concisely before drafting the wills. He was detail oriented and easy to work during our estate planning. Executing the documents was a breeze with Jim and his office! Highly recommend using him if you want a great experience!
