This lawyer prepped an immigration case for adjustment of status under K1 visa. She was completely negligent on the submission of the process. Failed to submit correct forms, correct filing fees, failed to submit complete information. And most importantly failed to submit new regulation requirements under the Public Charge Rule which was applicable at the time of submission which could potentially result in an automatic denial. When given the opportunity to remedy de situation she refused and acted defensively without much care for the client. she charged $2500 and refused to even give a partial refund. THIS ATTORNEY SHOULD NOT BE TOUCHING IMMIGRATION CASES WITHOUT FURTHER TRAINING/EXPERIENCE.
