If they are really trying to help Veterans then why won’t they fix major problems that they know they have? Anyone filling out their forms online are automatically sent to the Air Force or Army Reserve. The system they use will not allow us to change our branch of service. They will call you multiple times to get the same information they received from the last call. I had to pull my earplug claim because I had absolutely no faith in their ability to put a case together. They have all of my information but continue to ask for the same information. Extremely unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Thanks for continually sending me emails to fill out a google review.

Nothing much to say. I turned over a bunch of personal information and waited and waited and waited to receive nothing for my hearing issues in the end. Never even got any clear cut information as to how my case turned out one way or another
