Our family felt we needed to seek legal advice on an issue that was troubling us. We contacted the Gould Law Firm and spoke with Ozzie. Ozzie was very patient and understanding and allowed us to fully explain our situation and concerns. He then asked gentle and thoughtful questions to clarify a few issues, but eventually determined that he believed we did not need legal representation and had nothing to worry about. His assertion of our need to not worry greatly put our minds at ease. He answered all my questions over phone, so I didn't even have to pay for a consultation. He seem to be well versed on probate law.

Gave him a slam dunk case. He is overpriced but I was desperate to get full custody of my son. At first he looks like he would be a good fit and he would fight for you and your family. Little did I know he wouldn’t do any of that. He let the opposition dictate everything. I rarely talked to him personally. Susan his secretary is a sweet heart but there are times she wouldn’t be able to help. He was never prepared and would just read the case report before we went in. He gave me temporary orders of full custody but that was easy bc my sons mom was in jail. So during that time he never notified the attorney general about the situation and now I have $5,000 of arrears. I owe the mother that hasn’t seen her son in three years 5 thousand dollars. Note: At the time of hearings i over paid the attorney general. All because this so called lawyer didn’t file or notify the attorney general. Now he no longer represents me because he no longer wants to do family law so he can practice personal law. Right now my case is still open there is plenty of things to work on with this case. But I don’t have a lawyer to represent me. Even tho I paid him in full. All in all just don’t waste your time with him. He’s not fully committed. Their are plenty of good lawyers out there. If only zero stars. Rude rude rude!!! Is all i can say is Refused to answer my questions to hire for help. The representative even said i answered all your questions and tried to hang up!! How do they have business. Also children in the background crying. (No problem with kiddos but when calling an attorney office not appropriate) not a legitimate place. Looking elsewhere.
