I'm honestly not even sure where to begin to praise Roxy at the Webb Cason office. She is loyal, honest, straight up, and will always tell you how it is. She went above and beyond on my case. She made calls she didn't have to, took care of things she didn't have to and always made sure I was informed as soon as possible even if the information was good or bad news and even when she was swapped with other cases! I couldn't have asked for a better person because she is simply the very best! With myself being a Retired Veteran she knew just how to calm me when I was upset over something and thanks to her and her only she kept my worries and anxiety at bay whenever she could. If you read this Roxy I hope you know how much I appreciate you and glad not only we were able to work this all out but you became my friend too! Roxy did an amazing job with my case. I’m healed up and she got me a nice settlement in the process of it all. Aside from her taking care of virtually everything she was really friendly and easy to deal with. She was professional and motivated to getting me everything I needed. At the end of it all I’d say I’m very happy.

My experience with Webb Cason in a recent automobile accident was effortless on my part. Charlie Webb was the attorney that represented me and Roxy Ross, his legal assistant were unbelievably compassionate and made sure I was well taken care of for the injuries I sustained. Roxy communicated with me through the whole ordeal to make sure my injuries were being taken care of the best way possible. I never once had to call her. She stayed on top of all my doctors visits and test. She was absolutely amazing. The only regret is that I didn’t call Webb Cason first. I tried doing on my own and had the worst experience trying to deal with insurance company and doctors. Once Charlie and Roxy took my case, I was immediately relieved. They were so compassionate and professional. They got things done for me in a timely manner and I’m forever grateful. I would recommend Webb Cason 100% if you were in an automobile accident.
