I find it very inconvenient to feel the need to come and write a review about a law firm who, I had thought, had more than earned it’s great reputation. The office staff or secretary of Gabriel Salais will be what loses this firm their cases. I have called over SIX times (always during office hours excluding assumed lunch hour) and have been told the secretary, Erika, would get back with me. I always leave a message and have yet to have my calls returned. I was hoping to feel some sort of security after hiring a lawyer yet I feel more anxious not knowing any info on my case or even having a courtesy call. This secretary is very rude to begin with, but the least she could do is answer ONE call. ONE MESSAGE!! 6 to 1 is not a good ratio when discussing missed connection with YOUR LAWYER!! Very discouraged.
