First offense with no prior convictions and BAC results were NOT submitted and still received the worst possible outcome. If Ryan Archibald is your lawyer, then you might as will get a court appointed lawyer (same difference). Just to think there is nothing to show from a year and half of countless rescheduled court hearings is laughable. I highly recommend seeking proper counsel elsewhere if you value your time and record.

Hi just to let ya'll know my husband came to this firm over 3 years ago when covid was around he had gotten a dwi but took forver to go to court due to the state being so back logged. Well it was pretty bad the car was totaled over .15 bac all that and we were worried, however, Jacob 'JD' Schmidt whom ended up as our attorney had everything under control. He also went out of his way also to make sure me and my husband would be able to leave the state to attend a wedding all together he was excellent and we thank him and the firm.
