I was in a bad situation and needed help. Mr. De Leon reassured me that things would be okay and they were. He never made me feel like a criminal and had my back. Definitely recommend for anyone in a rough position.

This man represented me during a criminal appeal in San Patricio County Texas. My appeal was unsuccessful in the way of being able to avert my criminal conviction, however, Diamond was able to secure an appeal bond for me. After being convicted and sent to state jail, I was able to bond out and rejoin my family to work and provide for them. Later I had to return and finish my sentence, however, this reprieve helped me to take care of business that was much needed. I highly recommend Diamond as he is relatable and very easy to talk to. He is very intelligent and more than willing to meet any client in the middle of his / her situation. To this day if I need an opinion, I call him and can reach him on his cell phone.... which is UNHEARD OF! Thank you, Diamond!

This guy has absolutely worst customer service and seems to be horrible attorney, I’m guessing his only clients are thru court appointments. I’d strongly recommend finding someone else , no excuse for his no existent communication while I was incarcerated, never returned calls ..absolutely no help

Mr. Waller is not your ordinary attorney. He is extraordinary!! His assistant ,Anna ,is the good woman behind the this good man. Together they are the best of the best!!

You will get the bare minimum from him if that. Does not return calls. Is not helpful. Very disappointed.

You're not going to find a more dedicated or diligent attorney. Rational, reasonable, honorable, thorough, and knowledgeable. Nobody can fix stupid, but Waller will definitely help get you out of trouble for whatever stupid you did.
