Will not fight for his clients. Extremely lazy and won't even contact them to assist them when they are in need. As soon as he had the money, he made sure he turned his back on his client. Now he has teamed up with the trustee to make sure that his own client has nothing left every pay day to take care of his family.

Joel Gonzalez is a hard-working thorough to the point attorney. His attention to detail goes without flaw. I have used Joel for his legal services in the past and all of my experiences have been wonderful. His legal staff there at his office have all been kind and treated me like I was the most important client that they had. We learned the hard way that this lawyer is arrogant and cannot work well with families. She belittles people and she has a big problem with a know it all attitude. Unfortunately, my family had a terrible experience with her and we hope that no one else ever has to be in this position.

One Star is pushing it for this sorry excuse for a lawyer. Heaven help any person who gets assigned this woman as their ad lidem. She does not give a damn about the elderly person, she charges exorbitant fees and refuses to work with family members who care. She will happily harass and berate anyone who tries to challenge her fees, opinions, or recommendations. If you get on her bad side she WILL make your life a living hell at the expense (both financially and emotionally) of the person she is assigned to "protect". She should not be practicing law at all because she does not adhere to a moral code, she abuses her status as a lawyer, and at the very least does not do her job - which is to protect the person she is assigned. Carol Bailey is a bottom-feeder. If you care about the elderly person in your life and she is assigned as their lawyer, immediately request someone else.

Carol Bailey is a lawyer who thinks nothing of extending a case with the elderly so that she can extend her fees. Our family has had personal experience with this lawyer and we do not recommend her. She was able to stretch out a case that should have been settled right away so that at the end her fees were so high they shocked other attorneys.

Joel is an amazing and caring lawyer. He took over where another lawyer dropped the ball and turned things around. His professionalism is impeccable! I have dealt with many lawyers in my time and have never been optimistic until experiencing his willingness to work for the client instead of just taking their money. I am now on a new start to building my credit and putting this situation behind me. Thanks Joel, Patricia and Mary you were all wonderful!
