Mrs Baker and her staff were very knowledgeable about what I needed done and made sure I understood what it meant. She went thru other items to make sure my concerns after I pass will be how I want. I would recommend this firm to anyone who needs to plan the future after you are gone.

please dont use this dumb box of rocks think edwin baked should not even have a lic total neglected the issue with the state in an elder home sale put us through 90 days of stress charged 1050.00 for few phone calls had he known elder law all this could have avoided had to find out the law myself will see what the state bar thinks confronted e baker about this asked for refund and his reply he blamed the state and myself almost god this lod fellow is a ding bat u need to look else where will be happy to tell u the whole story

Read the reviews folks. Very poor and confused communication from this firm. Multiple people telling us different things. They even tried to charge us a second consultation fee after they failed to set up a phone conference as promised.

Very poor communication, we have left multiple voice mails trying to reach these people, they never called us back. We even went by their office to leave them paperwork and asked them to call us back, no response. Find another lawyer.

Poor Communications in terms of customer account closure. After our Mom passed away we insisted that Baker & Baker close the account with us in terms of a final invoice either by mail or email. Unfortunately, our Mom passed away sooner than expected and we were not able to proceed with the entire legal process. As grieving customers we felt that our experience with Baker & Baker was just another business transaction to them and without a sense of compassion. Our lessons learned – shop around.
