The rear of my truck was hit by a car on hyw 358 (spid) and totaled the truck. The accident injured me and 2 other passengers. The insurance company for the other driver wanted to settle the accident with me. I knew the insurance company would not do a satisfying settlement. So,I called Banda's law firm.
