Kelly Koch is amazing! She is straight to the point and knows what can and can’t be done or used , which helps you get a good idea at what your looking at. My ex was trying to remove the geographical restrictions on our orders and we prevented her from going anywhere! Huge win!!

This review is long overdue, I used Kelly's services in July of 2019 and I cannot say enough good things about this team. I live over 250 miles away and it was hard for me to be there in person. The office of the AG made a mistake and were unwilling to fix it. Kelly and her team helped me get everything taken care of without me having to be there in person. The outcome was fair and the results are now what they should have been from the start. If I ever need the help again, I know I can trust Kelly and her team.

"Once upon a time..." That's how most marriages start out. Then, well, something happens and that "time" becomes an imprisonment. I am thankful for what my marriage produced, but the fighting over custody issues I leave to the professionals. Kelly and staff were, by far, the best choice I made for me and my child. Knowledgable, compassionate, competent, thorough, ... did I mention knowledgable?! Don't let anything stop you from protecting your child's best interests. An incompetent attorney costs you more than money... they could ruin your chances of being a positive influence for your child(ren). Beware! This law office is a joke! Take your money elsewhere. Unless you want to be interrupted constantly and talked down too. I spent over 7k with her and she didn’t even take the time to review my case before our court hearing. My case would have gone differently if she would have gave out the correct information. And I was actually bugged about leaving good reviews. Was the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen. But here’s my updated review of my experience with this law firm!

I have worked with Kelly. on several cases over the last 10 years. She is professional, knowledgeable and practical. One of Kelly's talents is analyzing the client's case and giving her client the straight talk about what is likely to happen.. Her experience with all the courts in Nueces County is an advantage to her clients. She is my go to lawyer in Nueces County and the surrounding area to be my co counsel or take over.a case for one of my clients.

After a horrible experience with another local attorney, my husband and I decided to hire Kelly Koch in our battle for custody of his 12 year old kiddo. She and her office were very responsive and answered all (which was many) questions along the process. Very professional and stayed on point and didn't put up with any mischief. Very informative and helped navigate the legal process during a pandemic. After a year long process and another scheduled mediation that we were very skeptical about, Kelly's legal knowledge proved to be successful. She and her team are the best in town and she is worth every dime we paid her.

Kelly, Lorrain, and Michelle all provided excellent customer service. They all jumped through hoops to help get my divorce case moving forward after some set backs from the other party.
