I found it very convenient to text Mr. Brock and his staff at any time, day or night. Crystal always returned my calls/texts promptly. Her enthusiasm to help and get answers was very noteworthy. Debbie took over once the process started and the ball was rolling. She kept me in the loop and never stopped lobbying on my account until we both were happy with the outcome. Or, in my case, ecstatic with the outcome! Thank you, Mr. Brock and staff, for putting my health and financial burdens first. I felt like I was your only client. If you have a personal injury claim, do not use them. They tell you how much they will help you but you will NOT get what you’re supposed to get. They take the same lie they tell the insurance company and use it against you to keep most of your money. They send you to their partners so they can pretend your medical bills are higher than they are so they can keep more of your money and pay you only 15% of your settlement. ALSO Mr. Patel is very rude when you ask him “too many questions”. They will also take a year and a half just to not get you paid what you deserve. If you are considering getting a personal injury lawyer, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Although, McKenna was very nice.
