They were very helpful, friendly and professional, would have given 5 stars but they over charged me on copies by the tune of several thousand dollars and the charged me the rate they quoted me for trial even though we never went to trial, so I was shorted at least 75,000, I know this for sure because my attorney contacted me after he left the firm, also I changed from another firm to them, because they said it was legal, then I got sued by that firm for the total the Thomas J. Henry made off my case and now I'm in debt for 500,000, thanks a lt.

They seemed to not know what they are doing !! They have changed 3 attorneys on me in 5 months. Second attorney i have been talking to told me he had 120 cases to work on. They never focus on you all they care is their money!! Once their medical clerk called and asked me what my injuries were ?!! She did not even bother to look at my case before calling me have to mention that she called me 4 months after my accident .(i would assume she would have had enough time to look at my med records but she did not) Staff is horrible: they never updated me about the case,they took weeks to respond. They charge 37.50 % on your gross settlement before the medical expenses and add silly Open file fee ,Computer File Fee (Their job is to file all those forms to ins companies ,healthcare providers and cost of that is $0.00,the only fee they pay on your behalf is court fees if it goes to the court) Not to mention that they are so greedy that they charge every single copy and scans,stamps that they used that's being tracked by Equitrac. They really did short me big time on my settlement. Read your contract before you do business with them. Do not fall for the Tv Commercial From my experience they are zero star law firm but google only allows me to give them one star!!
