Had a Consultation with a Paralegal at this firm. Unfortunately, they don't understand Guardianship transfer laws (from one Texas county to another). All they had to do was fill out the Application requesting tranfer from original county to Nueces County, send elctronically to original county, simple as that. Any Guardianship Attorney in the State can do this, it is not required that the form be originated in the original county. Well, needless to say, I have an attorney that can get it done. I have to wonder why this was so hard for this firm. They should probably educate themselves and not just sit and read online information.
