I contacted Hilliard law with what I genuinely felt was a valid case. I have serious and debilitating ongoing pain that the medical system is not helping me with. HL says on their website they are zealous advocates who fight for your medical rights. However they sent me a dismissal email with no explanation why they wouldn't take my case. They simply said must be brought in a certain amount of time, even though my issue is currently happening now. They also said contact a Texas attorney, they are Texas attorneys. I did not feel valued, only dismissed in a unprofessional way.

Been with HMG Law for quite a few years now, and not until I receive some form of compensation from the pharmaceutical's case, I give it this rating. In these years as a client, I can count in one hand the amount of times that I've had the opportunity to actually speak with an attorney. For this added reason I give it this rating also.

Hillard Law has went above and beyond helping me with my case making sure I get all paperwork signed so that my claim will go through. They've always answered any and all questions I may have. If I don't hear back the same day from them I definitely will hear back the following day. There is nothing negative I can say about them.

Hilliard Law Firm is the professional law firm. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable, confident, polite, ethical, and all around nice guys. Hilliard Law Firm takes the law very seriously and it shows. When my husband was 28 years old, employed as plumber, he took a fall and hurt his back. 15 years later, SSA deemed him to be 100% disabled and the case was settled by other counsel. During that time, both of us getting a divorce, battling custody issues, etc. Most of the attorneys we hired were awful, not returning calls, not properly prepared for court, etc. We called them ambulance chasers, we became bitter towards attorneys with a great deal of mistrust. Hilliard Law Firm changed that, they showed us respect and they meant it. Hilliard Law Firm fights hard for my husband, they are straight shooters, they keep us up to date, if we have a question it will be answered within 24 hours, we leave a message and they call us back!!
