My experience with Banda's was very unsatisfactory. I was led to believe they had me waiting for a good while by the time they came to a decision if I had a malpractice case which they said I didn't when they sent me letter it stayed I had 75 days to locate another attorney which I was told by an attorney office that they would need at least 90 days. Either way I was denied and not enough time. Am very disappointed. Never again. I would not recommend at all.

I am extremly satisfied that I went with Bandas Law Firm. Everyone was extremely helpful and overall nice to me during this tough time. Ms. Logan represented me in a case where I was injured in a car accident. When she "inherited" my case from another attorney, she got the ball rolling and did a great job. I believe she got me the best settlement I could have asked for. I would recommend her.

So, I called the other party insurance company and they said it was my fault. but the other party was given the ticket and was at fault.
