They are very much so liars and say anything to get your money. They are abusive and pushy to do things against the agreement to represent. I fired them four times after I was bounced from one lawyer to the next. They wouldn't step away until I blew up at them. The distress added from this law firm is disgraceful. I was informed the entire firm will represent anybody at one time and we do not have a lawyer that is designated for a case. Yet my case has one person who had been hired. Although keep in mind that's not who initially was assigned to my case. They will call you during your work hours and drop you for not being able to talk without notice. They cap the payment for effort not hourly, but charge hourly. A cap payment is a low level case payment to wait for instructions from the court mainly. They took it upon themselves to go against my want to plea not guilty and for talking to the state (numerous lawyers from the firm) I'm being charged. This is just bad business and they're con artist bullies. I agreed to pay extra if we could digress back to the original plan and not get a deal and they said no. The great lengths you have to go through to blow up so they go away is disgusting it's juvenile. But when it's in your face and they don't hear plain English and basic social mores when taking, why? Take the high road and parting ways amicably, you got what you get and you don't throw a fit. They are so stressful it's not worth it. This it's not worth the consultation because that's not who they are. Within 48 hours they completely changed everything they promise by waiting for the court and allowing me to speak for myself. I wasn't allowed to bring police reports for my defense. I wasn't allowed to defend myself at all, that's pathetic.

I was represented by Mr. Littlefield. He was extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire process. He explained the legal jargon in layman's terms. He was upfront with me about my options and providing advice. I appreciate him for seeing this through the course and although I appreciated working with him I am looking forward to putting this behind me and getting on with my life!
