In 5 minutes I had more information than I had been able to learn by researching online. They speak in a manner that an ordinary person can understand. I wish I had set up this consultation months ago.

I set up a phone appt for a free consultation as I’m in another state. I was apprehensive at first because I had to add another person to the call. It actually went very well. I really like the lawyer we spoke with and we got a lot of info to her in a short amount of time. She appears to be a strong woman and I’m hoping that we can work together.

Montana was very personable and professional. She was able to answer all of my questions and explain in detail what the options were for my situation.

I had a phone consultation with this firm seeking information about the need for probate. Montana Cortez was very patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She determined we did not need to probate the estate. The thing I liked about her approach is she answered questions and did NOT try to upsell me on their services. That was appreciated because this is not a great time for our family, and the pressure of a sales job was not something we were looking forward to. We REALLY appreciate our interaction with this firm and will definitely retain them should we need to in the future.
