I spoke with an attorney in the Austin office who provided me some great guidance on the possible avenues of dealing with my aunt's lost will. I am facing legal challenges from my uncle's heirs. The attorney also gave me an idea of costs for the various courses of actions I can take. I truly appreciate the free 30-minute consultation and plan to use this firm should I move forward with litigation.

Rep was very patient with the explanation of our situation, and knowledgeable in what the steps are for us to take in the settling of my father-in-law's estate. Rates are on par with other attorneys, with the understanding that the settling of an estate can be financially challenging and provided an option for us that others didn't or wouldn't.
