Lindsay is the best! I hired Lindsay in an effort to get 50/50 custody of my kids from a very manipulative ex-wife. Lindsay was extremely attentive to my case and my needs throughout the entire process. She did everything and more than I could ever ask for. She literally fought for me as my family would. She continued to reassure me that my case was winnable and she was going to make that happen. Lindsay was always available when I needed her via email, text or phone. She could not have done a better job. We built this case together and she never stopped supporting my objective. I hired Lindsay in 2015 after I was poorly represented by another lawyer. I wanted Lindsay initially but I needed a lawyer quickly as I had little notice to retain a lawyer (delivered divorce papers on Dec. 26, 2014 and needed a lawyer on Jan. 10, 2015). Lindsay wasn't immediately available due to the holidays so I chose another lawyer. My biggest regret is not waiting until Lindsay was available. Once I realized how poorly I was represented and how I was taken advantage of, I reached out to Lindsay. Once we sat down and discussed my case, which was a custody case in which I wanted 50/50 custody of my kids, she was ALL IN on helping me get what I wanted and deserved. It was a long process because my divorce decree had been finalized in early 2015 and there wasn't much we could do until 2017. Lindsay was still extremely attentive to my case and my needs, even when the only adjustment we could make was an expanded SPO. We couldn't fight for 50/50 until 2 years after I hired Lindsay. But she assured me through the entire process, which lasted 4 years, that we will win this and everything will work out and I would have 50/50. Despite my ex-wife's and her lawyer's attempts to delay, stall, draw out this whole process Lindsay stayed with it. She battled and did everything and more than I could ever ask for. There were times where I just wanted to give up and concede that nothing was going to change and we shouldn't try anymore but she wouldn't let me. She literally fought for me as my family would. I can't say enough about Lindsay M. Browne and her staff. I have been in and out of court with a very messy child custody case. Lindsay is just amazing. Her ability to retain information, organize her thoughts and put them into words for court is just unmatched. Lindsay was everything I needed her to be. I knew it was going to be ugly and I wanted a strong female lawyer representing me that wouldnt cower and let me get hosed. She handled everything that came at her, a belligerent ex and her dirtbag lawyer, springing court dates on us and getting those canned. She was truly amazing and she cared about me and my outcome. She stuck with me through all of it. I never had issues getting ahold of her or getting her to act on things when I needed them. I had to hold her back when she was going in for the kill. If you want to win, you will with Lindsay. I have and will continue to recommend her to people that need a family lawyer.

I definitely would not recommend anyone use this attorney. She talked a good game and i trusted her with my custody case but then she completely flopped. Seemed like she only worked on it when i called her but then had the audacity to say that i called her too much and wanted too much contact from her on my case. I ended up having to fire her and get a different attorney to represent me and once he came on board things started to move and were resolved rather quickly. I think it is worth mentioning that while she did have my case she was also in the process of hiring another paralegal so i think that would make it pretty clear that she had more work than her office could handle. She still took my money and worked as little on my case as she could until i released her. I asked for a partial refund due to her not having time for my case but she said it wasn't her fault that i wanted to hire another attorney. I guess i should have let her work on my case casually until it was resolved instead of getting the representation i paid for. In my opinion her law degree is basically a license to steal since she took my retainer and did little on my case. The real icing on the cake is when i asked for the original file and a detailed bill but received nothing back from her offices. I really hope you or someone from your office reads this Lindsey... maybe ya'll can get to my request some time soon. ~~~crickets~~~
