My case was referred here by a larger firm so that my party could get more in depth care and more personal lawyer assistance without us feeling like a paycheck and case number. Our lawyer and his assistant went above and beyond helping us get better and getting our bills reduced so that we got to take home the most out of our settlement. Jose spent countless hours negotiating with hospitals to get the insurance companies reimbursed and the bills out of our settlement lowered. For as stressful as a car wreck is this small firm really took a brunt of the frustration and worry out of us even with covid going on and them working from home we got out settlement within 18mos of our wreck. I highly recommend them for a more personal feel and great care.

My daughter and I were in a hit and run by a drunk driver. I was worried that my car would not be fixed because the owner of the car was lying saying it was not his car involved even though I had the license plate. I previously went to a law firm regarding a fall I had outside Circle K. I was told that I did not have a case. I was then referred to Roxy Ross at Webb Cason attorney at law. Not only was this beautiful lady very very forward with communicating the process of the claim, she was also not afraid to speak her mind when it was time to handle business with the Circle K adjuster, doctors office, and I. Since the day I came in the office they have made me feel welcomed and treated myself and my case like a priority. I was recently in an automobile collision, where the driver left the scene. I was in a horrible accident involving an 18-wheeler and had no idea what to do. They have an amazing paralegal named Rosie who came to the rescue like Wonder woman with her cape on .she's been helpful and amazing amazing through this whole traumatic situation and has been able to keep me at ease when things have seemed to just be falling apart, she's been the glue to keep me together.
