Mr. Manning is a very knowledgeable and excellent attorney. He has been very helpful with several instances where I needed to consult with an attorney . He doesn't sugar coat anything, tells you like it is. He gives realistic options, and explains everything in detail. He knows his stuff! I was given excellent advice on more than one occasion . He also sincerely wants to help others, which I find a very refreshing quality for a lawyer.

Russell helped us 5 years. First we sued to get a better guardian for Dad whom we discovered dirty, living in unkempt conditions, his estate being squandered. Fighting against a Power of Attorney and Will, Russell secured better care for our father by inserting third party oversight, blocked theft of his remaining estate, discovered our inheritance, and helped us secure part of that inheritance. A good family man, Russell has a sterling reputation among contemporaries and judges for his personal integrity and kindness , yet he refuses bullying and intimidation from lawyers given to vitriolic rants and histrionics. He knows the law well and many workarounds when progress halts. He helped us avoid the high expense of trial with several mediations, finally settling. I'm deeply grateful to Russell for improving quality of life to our father until his death and for helping us obtain an inheritance, in essence, some justice.

Mr. Manning and his legal assistant were very helpful. My husband and went in for legal advice and Mr. Manning took our case even though it was not his specialty. He was so helpful and patience with us. We have never used an attorney before. The bottom line is we got the results we were wanting. I would definitely recommend him. He and his assistant are the nicest people to work with. Thank you Mr. Manning. Oh, I forgot to mention he offered to take our case with no fee, but we paid him anyway.
