I was hit by driver who ran a stop sign in front of many witnesses. Somehow, his insurance tried to claim I was equally at fault. Luckily Herman & Herman fought against their aggressive tactics and were able to get me a decent Settlement. In truth, my first injury lawyer was terrible, and I completely lost ownership of my vehicle due to her negligence.
