My fault I didn't realize they only did injury cases. My former star rating was a mistake, and I'm sorry I was angry, and I took it out on them. I changed my Rating to a 5 stars..

They explain why they couldn't take my case. My fault I was angry that's why I gave them 1 star, but I will correct that to a 5 star rating instead I'm sorry

Herrman & Herrman do not put people first , they serve themselves first.. My son hired them for an auto accident. My son was calling them and pushing them , they do the same cycle With every single individual that goes with them. Send you to a chiropractor automatically , never updates you and pays themselves before any one else . Lawyers are in and out that firm , he went through two different lawyers … I honestly do not recommend.

If you do not choose them they will call you +5 times a day, leave +5 voicemails a day, and will email you endlessly. Do not give this firm any of your information. I am now filing a complaint with the FCC and consulting representation to file suit.

**Contract spoilers**: You are obligated to reimburse them for all expenses necessary in the investigation, presentation, prosecution, defense or trial of your claim. The expenses to be reimbursed include, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, COURT COSTS, CONSULTATION FEES AND COSTS, BONDS, COST OF RECORDS, TRASCRIPTS OR DEPOSITIONS, LONG DISTANCE TELEPHONE CALLS, DUPLICATION COSTS, PHOTOGRAPHS, EXHIBITS, WITNESS FEES AND EXPENSES, INVESTIGATION FEES, POSTAGE, BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOCOPIES, SCANNED DOCUMENTS, FACSIMILIES, TRAVEL, PARKKING EXPENSES AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS SUPPLIES. All other expenses will be charged to the client based on the ACTUAL COST. The contract says if they recover without suing they get 35%. If they file and recover they get 40%. If they appeal and recover they get 50%. However, the contract grants them a lien on anything recovered if you terminate it or drop them. So if any other law firm or yourself acting pro se recovers on this case after, they will still be owed this amount before anyone else. They are also authorized by you to finance all or a portion of the costs through a lending facility and the interest expense and other associated charges of the financing will be passed on to the CLIENT as a CASE PREPARATION COST. My experience: During the intake process Joevani Galang asked how I was feeling now. I explained that I was living in anguish with a bunch of pain from the burns and broken bones. His response was "that's good to hear." These guys don't even listen to you. Then at the end of the call he said "what I want you to do now is sign the contract I'm going to email to you." Me telling you my information is not a consultation! And a firm that just signs any customer is not a firm that anyone should want to have represent them! They're a high volume law firm that just flips cases by settling. Avoid at all costs. **Update**: After explaining my issue to Joevani he reluctantly connected me to a lawyer at the firm followed by a 5-10 minute hold. The lawyer asked if the crash was a motor vehicle crash and if I was injured. He wasn't interested in any more details than that and said they would take the case. Back on the phone with Joevani and he wants me to pressure me sign the contract while on the phone with him and micromanages his way through the document, not explaining a single line, telling me to sign this spot, sign that spot, now submit. Skip this law firm! They're just a high turnover law firm that would rather settle than fight. And if you sign before actually getting a commitment from them, you might find yourself dropped 8 months later when they actually review the case and decide they don't like it. Apathy is not what you need in your corner when you're seriously injured with a big case! Find a law firm that will talk you through the process and actually values your case! I am consulting with several law firms due to the value of my case and I can tell you this is not how a consultation should be done. **My opinion**: Its telling that the reviews are so polarized. They either receive 5 star reviews or 1 star. There's people who settled and were asked to write reviews and there's people who weren't treated well like myself. My advice would be, if you have a serious case, seek a serious law firm. If you have a minor case, maybe these guys can send you to a quack doctor to inflate the value and flip it for 10 grand, minus the 40% of course (in all fairness the 40% is fairly standard, but the apathy and proclivity to flip and settle low instead of fight like they do isn't), minus the PREPARATION COST, minus all of the expenses you will be billed. Does the $1,200 cover your medical bills and damages? Doubt it! They want you to sign as quickly as possible so you are legally obligated to owe them a cut and are at their mercy.

Not willing to help with an assault case. I was attacked twice within 30mins of each attack by they same guy. I worked at a Group home where this took place. The first attack I was on the clock, but the second attack I was off the clock trying to help him get the car. But no know cares it brought back alot of bad memories for me when I got bet up before by a former boyfriend.

This law firm is a joke! They do not fight for their clients!

The worst experience of my life dealing with a law firm ! I basically did a lot of the leg work ! I got the incident report number. I got the Dr bills sent over ! I even had to speak to the lien department from the insurance company! Then to top it all off the firm received 100 +~ less than I did ! I’m the one who was in pain ! I did a lot of the research .Make that make sense!TOP it off multiple times the case stalled due to lack of communication on ALL parties! I would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone that I know !!

They been giving me the run around geico said they sent my check out in febuary and they still cnt give anything i have important bills to take care of because of accident i havent been able to do much work now herman firm is making very difficult to recieve my money or at least help with a loan they already know there getting paid i dont understand y i have to wait much longer if my check is already there very disappointed with herman and herman firm
