I was rear ended by a hit & run drunk driver, on New Years 2017. Totaled my Ford Edge . I was from out of state. I was recommended Herrman & Herrman- I went in to a consultation and left with representation. My case was not an easy one, nor am I easy in a lot of ways,but they ,my team worked around my frustrations! They remained professional & helpful. The insurance company USSA was not willing to pay the full amount so my case went to litigation. My team Scott Staha, Lisa & Samantha all went above ,& beyond at some point during my case! If it wasnt Samantha , staying after 5 on a friday to re-explain a process or to answer in full detail a question I just had to have the answer to. Then it was Lisa depositing a loan check for me. I want everyone to know that I truly appreciate all the long hours that Cary Toland & his assistant Laura Morris put into resolving my case. It wasn't an easy one but Carey just kept pushing it thru. He and Laura also did a good job of calming me down when I got to thinking it was taking to long. I was involved in a rear end collision. Our truck was totaled, I was in need of medical attention. Herrman and herrman provided my husband and I with great support.
