Very nice. Not enough Medical Negligence attorneys to take cases due to Tort Reform. Good case but if it doesn't allow for an attorney to make millions, due to limits put on by previous governor, Rick Perry, they are not able to take it. Unfortunately Herrman & Herrman only has one attorney to refer you. I was refused due to the money to be made thus making it unfeasible to pursue. I regard my eye and the right to see a blessing. Now I am on to the Board of Optomotry, Texas Governor Gregg Abbott, and the BBB. Also to pursue an attorney who sees the value of an "eye". May call some local T.V. stations as well.
