I was indicted on 1st degree murder. Adam had previously been my lawyer for a separate charge. I called him and he took the case. He fought for a year on my behalf, and kept me and my family updated along the way. He did not buckle under the pressure the prosecution was applying, even when they told him that if I didn't accept their deal they would pick up all 4 charges and take me to trial on them . (3 1st dg. Felonies, 1 misdemeanor) He got the 1st dg. Murder charge dropped, the other charges were let go, and I did not have to go to prison for life. He is a life saver.

I was a college student who made a mistake when I was young. Adam was understanding to this and worked with me through and after college. I was charged with felony possession of marijuana in 2005. I hired Adam who got my case dismissed.

I didn't know I had a warrant for my arrest. When I got pulled over for a speeding ticket, the police officer said I had a misdemeanor warrant. He issued me a citation to appear in court. I called Mr. Rodrigue and he said everything would be fine. The next day, he called me and said I didn't have to appear in court and he got the case reduced to a violation and I just had to pay a small fine. The warrant was lifted and I didn't have a misdemeanor on my record. Thank you again. You will not be disappointed if you retain Mr. Rodrigue. I know not every outcome can turn out like mine, but he was very professional, confident and worked on my case immediately.

Mr. Rodrigue represented me on a tampering with evidence charge. He did a very good job explaining my rights, and how the whole legal process works. I hired Mr. Rodrigue after my court appointed attorney wanted me to take the same deal as my codefendant, which was 10 years in prison. Adam was referred to me by a good friend and I am so glad I hired him, he was able to get me probation, which I happily accepted. I don't have the best record, so it was a miracle outcome. My only negative with Mr.Rodrigue is that he does not always return phone calls very quickly, but I forgave that because he got such a good result with my case and i know he is in court alot. I was arrested for a conspiracy charge in San Patricio County. I am from Houston and didnt know any attorney in the area. Mr. Rodrigue was referred to me by another guy in the jail. After we hired Adam, he got my bond reduced so i could get out and go back to Houston. After a couple of months the case was dismissed without ever being indicted.
