My son was blessed to have Mr Waller appointed as his attorney. After many prayers and not knowing what to do Mr Waller was amazing. He was able to get all3 of my son’s charges dismissed. He always responded when I had a question and Anna was alway responsive and caring. I would definitely choose him if I ever need an attorney again. Thank you so much Mr Waller and Anna!

October 21, 2022 The court appointed Attorney Harold Christopher Waller as my public defender on June 07, 2022. My original charge was “Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon” punishable by fines up to $10,000.00 and a prison sentence of two to twenty years. When my case ended on October 20, 2022 Attorney Waller had secured a plea deal for me. Attorney Waller was able to convince the Prosecutor/DA to put me in a six month “Pretrial Diversion Program.” Of course this is probation with a few classes I have to take. So what! At least I didn’t go to prison and the “Pretrial Diversion Program” is only a six month program for me. Only six months! I couldn’t believe he could do that, but he did. It’s proof he’s a great attorney by the results in my case. What else can I say? I would recommend Attorney Waller to anyone. I was lucky to have Attorney Waller appointed as my attorney. He’s compassionate, knowledgeable and communicative. When my Dad became ill, and before my Dad's condition would have him bed ridden, I immediately began looking for attorneys that could help with wills. I contacted Chris's office, and he and Anna Waller took me in, after explaining our situation. The initial consultation was just me and him, but after hiring Chris, he and Anna came to my parents house, to meet my Dad and Mom, and we began the process to generate a will for both my parents. The next visit, I took my parents to his office, and there my parents were treated like family! Chris spoke to my parents, one at a time and isolated from me and other family to get their wishes down on paper. When this was done, the documents were drawn up, and Dad and Mom have a will! To date, Harold (Chris) Waller has helped me with: Wills, Power Of Attorney, Documents related to the sale of property, and guiding me through Deed documents for property sold.

I was Blessed enough to get Mr. Waller appointed to Me on a serious Felony Charge. Mr. Waller and his staff are Very Professional and Extremely Knowledgeable. I was facing 5 to 20 years in prison and Mr. Waller got Me 3 years probation (deferred sentence) which I was extremely grateful for. The Judge assigned me the #1 attorney or the year how lucky is that. I talked to Mr Waller for maybe 20 minutes he said not to worry. With in 2 weeks before they could put a monitor on my ankle. The probation officer was calling me. Telling me that my case was dropped. Everything just went away. Mr Waller knows his stuff and you can trust him.
